Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I just recently signed up with this group. My

name is Penny and I am 38 years old. I have recently re-started tae-bo. I have

been very successful with tae-bo but then for some reasons...stopped doing it.

I went from 250lbs to 193lbs doing tae-bo and walking! Now I am back on

track...and want to lose the last 60lbs!

I have recently purchased the Get Ripped series and love it! I am doing tae bo

5 days a week, working out on nautilus equipemnt 3 days a week and walking 3

miles 2 days a week. I am hoping this will be enough of a variation to really

jumpstart my metabolism. The days that I walk I don't do tae bo or the gym...so

not to overload myself.

Anyways, glad to be here...look forward to getting to know you all!

Thanks for the welcome Joan! What sometimes helps for me when I am less than

motivated to work out..is that I force myself to go and do it...then once I get

started...I'm okay!
