Sometimes just a few strokes or reps often solves the tiredness problem as it raises your blood pressure. The worst outcome is that you will reinforce a good habit by exercising. Most likely you will end up having a good solid workout. However, if after several days of tiredness for whatever reason and you feel your performance is lacking during a workout, that is a sign to take a few days off or cut back by 50% for a few days.
