Guest guest
I don't know what's going on, but I've had two good days. Not pain free but much better than as long as I can remember. I'm kinda scared. Not sure how to react. Is it going to last a while or is it gonna hit me double hard. I know I'm gonna overdo it again like this. Beautiful weather and all. Guest guest
Hi Savonna, I think the best way to deal with keeping from over doing it is to plan to only do a small section of a flower or vegetable garden at a time. My son normally does the pre work and the planting (he would do it all if I let him), but we just found out he has mono, so he won't get to do too much this year. I bought my flowers on Sunday, but have only put out half of the plants. It is raining today, so if it is nice later, maybe I will pull the weeds from the back site. Then tomorrow try to put the rest out. We have to limit ourselves and that is the hard part. Instead of trying to do it all on a good day, only do small portions. That way we can have more good days! Hope you have good days for the rest of the year! Sherry B > I don't know what's going on, but I've had two good days. Not pain > free but much better than as long as I can remember. Guest guest
Savonnna, I mow the lawn. Some days it takes me over an hour. Some times I can't do much more for the next few days, but I wanted a lawn and house, so I do the outside work and try to do some inside too. My son usually does the mowing, but he has Mono so he isn't allowed to do much. If he can stay awake and doesn't have fever, he gets to go to school. I think he feels as upset about not getting to do the lawn and garden work as I do when I over do it. Take care, (I still feel better mentally when I do outside work.) Sherry B > I wish it were that simple, my old man gets called out, he is gone 48 hours, its me or nothing. I enjoyed it. But paying for it now.
