Guest guest Posted October 7, 2005 Report Share Posted October 7, 2005 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Sift together in a large bowl:3 cups flour2 cups sugar3 TBS cocoa 2 tsp soda1 tsp saltMake 3 "wells" in the flour mixture and pour one of the following into eachwell:10 TBS cooking oil2 TBS vinegar2 tsp vanillaPour 2 cups water over the top of all ingredients and stir/beat until wellblended.Pour mixture into an ungreased 9" x 13" cake pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Top with a chocolate butter-cream frosting. Recipe Need to bake a cake for a co-worker. Her birthday is on Sunday. Anybody have a really good cake recipe?
