Guest guest
I'm not too surprised there is an article talking about the dangers of coffee on a site trying to sell a coffee-alternative product. The fact is, coffee is one of the most researched substances known to man. Most of the major American medical groups, including the American Medical Association, the Atlanta Centers for Disease Control, the American Diabetic Association, etc etc all give a few cups of coffee per day a very clean bill of health. As with all things, moderation is key. For every article out there saying coffee interferes with fat loss, I can find a person with single digits body fat who swears by a cup to start out their day. I'd say take coffee as a personal preference - if you don't like it, fine, but if you want to have some, rest assured that the research is out there to show it has no lasting ill effects when taken in moderation, and there are plenty of testimonials (myself included) to people who have successfully lost tons of fat (over 65 pounds in my case, over 100 pounds in my friend Cory Babstock's case) while enjoying coffee on a daily basis. Take care, Likness > > That's what eating six times a day and building muscle will do. > Digesting > > protein (requires more calories to digest) and drinking coffee will > help > > boost it a little, but not enough to make a difference overall. > The problem > > with drinking coffee is that you will need to drink two for one of > water to > > coffee to make up for the dehydration caused by the caffine. > Dehydration > > will make you tired and will cause your body to send signals that > will seem > > like hunger pangs.
