Ved ankomsten til skadestuen er patient dyspnøisk med skæv A-pkt., med en SAT på 86 uden ilt, lav p02 og lav pC02 og forhøjet D-dimer på 1,76. Der blev foretaget CT af thorax, som viser bilat. lungeemboli både centralt og perifert. My problem is 'skæv A-pkt.'. I believe that A-pkt. may be A-punktur (arteriblodprøvetagning), but whether it is that here or not, I'm still struggling with the 'skæv' in this context. Any help appreciated.
