Guest guest
Hello all! I'm hoping this finds you ALL with less pain than you've had for a while. I know that we can all use that. After much searching for answers, many doctors visits, and much crying, I've decided to go through with surgery. I go in a week from tomorrow and I'm not sure how I feel about it. I have fibro, am a diabetic, and DDD. I also have a bulging disc, bad sciatic pain, and lots of trouble walking. Two different neuros have diagnosed me with Tethered cord syndrome. They are telling me that the surgery will enable to have more mobility and less pain. I'm praying that they are both right. Anyone have any experience with this? I hate leaving my boys for 5 to 7 days, I think that that is the hardest part for me. Thanks in advance for any info. ( I have talked to them at length, done tons of research on the net, was just wondering if anyone had first hand experience.)
