Dear Sick Building E group

Hi my name is Towns and I'm currently working on a Sick

Building Syndrome report. I'm looking for first hand information

from

people who have been exposed to sick buildings. If you are able to

assist me it will be greatly appreciated.

Following is 8 short answer questions, answer only those that applies

to you. The information that you provide will only be used for this

report.
