Guest guest
Hi Monse!! And of course you are the one I thought of while doing the whole workout I did slow and heavey biceps and triceps... I want to do weights at least twice a week, but it isn't always easy. I've been doing Cory Everson's " get hard " when I get the chance. I like it cuz it's just a little over 30 minutes and it covers shoulders too. What are some other good workouts that are around 30 minutes?? I like them to be 30 cuz then I have time to do a 30 minutes Tae-Bo tape also! Hope you had a good vacation Monse, and how very nice to hear from you Darcy Hi Darcy, sorry to butt in (just came back from holidays) to say great job
on starting to do Cathe's workouts again....

--------------------------------------------- This message was sent using Midwest Tel Net Web Based Mail. http://www.mwt.net/
Guest guest
Thanks Monse... big hugs back to you Cool that Cathe is going to be making some quick 30 minute workouts!! Thanks for the idea on taking parts of both videos, that's a good idea. I've never 'mixed' up my workouts like that though. Usually if I put a workout in, I have to finish it or I don't feel right..... But that's surely an idea I think I can manage giving Sawyer an extra hug from Auntey Monse. He's crawling now! He started last week. Oh what a doll, he's so entertaining to watch Darcy Hi Darcy,

Well, you can do one bodypart say biceps (you can take couple of moves from
Slow and Heavy series as well as Pure Strength e.g biceps) only and the next
day triceps only....each workout will be 30 min., same with the pure
strength except for Pure Strength Legs which is 60 min. but the second
segment is floorwork, just do the first segment...oh how nice you were
thinking of me...I have not seen a lot of pure weight training workouts that
are 30 min. long, sorry...oh yes I enjoyed my holidays, but now reality -
back to work I go...I was hoping that when I came back I would hear about
the new Cathe's strength training workouts will be released soon, but
filming will be around mid-August...She will be making couple of quick
strength training workouts on DVD for those people that do not have time to
do more than 30 min....I also wanted more news regarding the upcoming Taebo
workouts, I'm so looking forward to all these workouts..Finally, I'm
starting to lose weight and it happened when I added longer workouts to my
routine...big hugs to you and the little guy...

--------------------------------------------- This message was sent using Midwest Tel Net Web Based Mail. http://www.mwt.net/
Guest guest
hmm... bodymax sounds good, or the second part anyway. I don't think I have that one though I'll have to check to make sure. Darcy Yes the new quick 30 min. workouts will only be available on DVD...Here is
the description in case you are interested...The Body Blast (5 Day Rotation)
Timesaver DVD

The Body Blast (5 Day) Time Saver Rotation is very similar in format to that
of the CTX Series. It was created to appeal to those who expressed the
desire for another workout series similar to that of the CTX Series in the
this last round of video suggestions. This DVD will feature five 30 to 45
minute workouts that contain a short cardio section, followed by one or two
body parts, and a concluding stretch. While these workouts will mostly be
comprised of existing Body Blast footage, we will also include some new and
exclusive footage to make these workouts unique and more time management
oriented. So, for those of you who prefer shorter workouts or simply come
across times where you can't fit in your regular full time workouts, this is
the DVD for you......5 quick and effective workouts to keep your heart
pumping your muscles stimulated.

This DVD sounds like the workout you are looking for....

Another idea...

I'm glad that you like my idea, remember BodyMax, well the third segment has
upper body workout for 35 min. you can do the entire workout or you can take
bodyparts eg. biceps, pure strength and slow and heavy, bingo you got your
short workout....What a sweetie, yes tell Sawyer Auntie Montse gives him a
big hug....He must be very entertaining to watch, what a little doll...

RE: Re: How often & for how long?/Darcy

Thanks Monse... big hugs back to you Cool that Cathe is going to be
making
some quick 30 minute workouts!!
