Guest guest
, I just thought of something...I was ging to say to try a sulfa drug-- but I don't advocate taking it when you don't know for sure. But-- what about a bowel cleanse? There are so many good ones and it doesn't have to be expensive. Atkinson Help! Yeast or bacterial overgrowth? Hello fellow warriors: I was hoping someone might know how to tell, or which test is the best, to differentiate a yeast from a small bowel bacterial infection. Money is so tight that I am trying to determine this myself if posible. I most definitely get bad herx when start blend of typical antifungal herbs; but I am not sure if these aren't also antibacterial, and so if have both or just one of these infections. Guest guest
, If you have a bacterial infection in your small bowel you need to see a doctor! There is a huge difference in a yeast infection and a bacterial infection. The yeast infection isn't life threatening unless you already have immune issues a bacterial infection can get life threatening really fast. I know times are tight, see if there is a clinic in your area that could see you. That might be your best shot if it comes down to it. A untreated bacterial infection is life threatening!
