To answer your spaghetti sauce question, you always go by the label on the

jar. The book is a guideline, but because there are so many brands out

there, it's impossible for them to list all of them, so they just used the

average. Always use the label for that will be the most accurate

information. Use the book, when the information isn't on the label.
