I found " sekundäres Kammerwasser " referring to aqueous humor altered by

surgical intervention or diseases in various articles(see:

http://edoc.hu-berlin.de/dissertationen/ryseck-ilona-2000-07-17/HTML/ryseck-

ch5.html ; http://www.glaucomaworld.net/tedesco/007/t007a01.html) and Sue

Levy already suggested “secondary aqueous humor”.

The major point seems to be that this secondary aqueous humor is different

from the primary humor (in the intact eye).

(Der bei der operativen Eröffnung der Vorderkammer auftretende geringe

Kammerwasserverlust wird schnell ausgeglichen durch das „zweite

Kammerwasser " (Wessely 1920, 1923). Dieses ist eiweißhaltiger und

zellreicher, so daß bis zum 4. p.o. Tag öfter Hornhauthinterwandbeschläge

und Fibrin auftreten. )

My two cents,

Astrid

it's the 'aqueous humor of the posterior chamber'.

I don't believe there is a cognate in English ophthalmological jargon, and

I reviewed three articles on fluid dynamics of the human eye (granted it is

not the stipulated rabbit eye of your article).
