Week three down

Another week behind me and it was a great week. Stuck to my diet

without cheating. I was able to increase my calories this week and

lower my fat another percent. Here was my average day according to

fitday.com:

source grams cals %total

Total: 1704

Fat: 27 240 15%

Sat: 9 84 5%

Poly: 3 27 2%

Mono: 6 53 3%

Carbs: 184 630 39%

Fiber: 26 0 0%

Protein: 183 732 46%

I think I'll only track calories for one more week and then I'll be

comfortable doing the hand/fist portions. The Myoplex shakes are

growing on me and I just ordered another 42-pak. I also ordered a 12-

pak of the U-turn bars for those days when a shake isn't handy...I

hope they taste good.

Weightlifting was just as good this week. I increased my weights all

around and I was sore from my Friday UBWO like it was my first week

all over again. I really like feeling sore :) My wife bought me a

portable mp3 player for my birthday and I think that really helped

with my workouts. I also just ordered some Creatine to see if that

will help with the soreness and to help me lift more.

I'm happy to say I avoided another week of standing on the scale.

I'm looking forward to my first weigh-in at the end of this week. I

*think* my clothes are looser, but it could be my imagination.

I think I only have 1 question this week. How much water is too

much? I just did some figuring and it looks like I'm drinking about

150 ounces of water a day. I thought my body would adjust, but I'm

still going to the bathroom every 20 or 30 minutes. What's the right

amount and can I cut that back?

Thanks and Good luck everyone!
