The following question was asked by colleague on proz.com's Kudoz system:

" Term: Femoral head slide

The femoral head slide is used to slide a femoral head into position on the

acetabulum during a hip revision "

Femoral head slide:

When they say " slide " do they mean a medical device here or a type of method?

Since there is no other reference about such device in the text, I answered as a

type of method (process and not a concrete device).
