Christel, My son was very hyper/silly and sensory seeking while his lips were chapped and he was dry around the mouth. Now it is going away and he is much calmer. When you say: "Means you have yeast it's working on" what is the "it's" you are referring to? The Valtrex?

means you have yeast that it's working on, OR low biotin, OR lack of the ability to make biotin from your gut being low in good bacteria, effecing your immune system in the gut which accounts for 80% of the immune system

yes the valtrex is flareing yeast. does it look like clown lips (like the red lips makeup that goes beyond the lips)

No clown lips here, just cracked and peeling lips. Pink/red dry and scaly looking around mouth... Any thoughts?

I guess i am thinking you are meaning red like lipstick. his pinky scaly stuff is not all the way around like i picture a real clown's lips to be. It's just is random spots....do you think that is still yeast related? And if so, would you view it as good that it's happening??
