Guest guest Posted October 4, 2006 Report Share Posted October 4, 2006 Well, I am thinking maybe to try some different lifting formats after C3 is over. I am really not sure where to start. My reason for looking into it is that although I do eat right, up the weights, and hit my 10s I am feeling a bit stagnent as far as results. I am still looking to build muscle/lose fat so I don't want to go into a routine for hard core muscle gains yet. With that in mind I also do not want to eliminate/reduce my cardio days until I have finished losing fat. (I estimate I have about 20 pounds of fat still to lose.) What are some of the different types of routines everyone is using? and where can I find some information on them? Any suggestions on a preferable program to transition into from BFL lifting format? (If there is a " preferable " one.) I am quite sure my muscle gains will look much more impressive after I have shed the rest of this fat. I am just ready for something different.....I think, LOL!
