Guest guest
Speaking of liver damage, I can share a story of where I probably damaged my liver and wasn't even aware of it til later. Cheers, Cat Hi Cat, Thanks for sharing your experience. I think we have all moments where we look back and wonder how we did some things. Hopefully, we learn from those mistakes and don't suffer too bad in the aftermath. A friend of mine was diagnosed with breast cancer and received chemotherapy and radiation. Six weeks later, they realized they made a mistake and she did not have cancer at all. Now, she is combatting liver damage from all the treatments. I hope we reach a time in our society where people are not afraid to talk about their mistakes so others can learn. I know it would have helped me tremendously to avoid some of the mistakes I've made. Thanks again for sharing your experiences. Big hugs, Star

I did really feel more than a little silly when I finally put it all together . . . Very sorry to hear of yet another experience where someone suffered unnecessary damage to their body due to someone's lack of judgment or incompetence. Cheers, Cat ^. .^ ~ " Optimism is magic! Hi Cat, I hope you don't beat yourself up too bad. Things only seem crystal clear after the fact. While we're in the middle of it, it often seems okay and harmless. I'm just glad you learned the dangers and stopped using it. I am learning how to use natural cleaning products and I've noticed a remarkable difference. I don't have as many asthma attacks and I don't feel zoned out as much as before. I've been doing body cleanses too to help flush out junk that has accumulated and I honestly don't have as much down time when a bug does hit. It takes time and the key is making that first step to change habits that aren't always the best for us. Baby steps. You are definitely an inspiration to me. Take care, Star
