Guest guest Posted December 22, 2003 Report Share Posted December 22, 2003 I am a 35 year old woman, have about 45-50 pounds to lose and so ready to change my life, I cannot express how much! I have done every diet known to man and never stick to anything. The most success I had was a year ago, when I joined weight watchers, lost 27 pounds and regularly exercised doing home fitness videos. However, I got out of my habit of doing this and gained about 13 pounds back since. I'm nervous about gaining and losing weight because I know of the health consequences. I have to do BFL for me, but I also have to do this for my family (married and have 3 young boys). I want to be healthy and have energy, so I can fully live life for my family and me! I need everyone's support here to stick with this program, because I know it can work. Here are my goals and my authorized and unauthorized patterns of action. I'm making these public, so I can be accountable to you and to myself. The five most important accomplishments for me to be satisfied with myself over the next 12 weeks include the following: 1. I will lose a minimum of 25 lbs. 2. I will wear a minimum of a size 14, preferably a 12. 3. I will be firm all over. 4. I will have increased, noticeable energy and will not be tired. 5. I will be close to having a body I can be proud of. Unauthorized Patterns of Action: 1. Eating and drinking unauthorized food/drink Monday – Saturday. 2. Skipping workouts 3. Not getting enough sleep. Authorized Patterns of Action: 1. Be in bed and asleep by 9:30 every night. 2. Eat authorized foods every 2.5 hours, six times a day, until satisfied. 3.
