Guest guest
Amy, you can use a barbell that is what I do...You can even purchase a 35 pound bodybar which is way heavier than the Firm newest stick, it does take the workout to a new level.... Re: Body Bar???? I didn't realize the body bar was so similar to a barbell. I have a barbell, and so I guess it would work the same! I wouldn't mind having a tape that used the barbell some more, so perhaps I retract my disinterest in the Firm Body Bar stuff heh. > > I saw at TJMaxx that they have a 8 pound body bar for $20 and I'm > > wondering if I should buy it - I thought about getting the Firm > stick > > workouts down the road when I can afford it and by then I was hoping > > they would sell them without the stick - but if I don't ever get > these > > workouts as I haven't heard much talk about them, I'm wondering if > > this will be a wasted purchase. Guest guest
Wow, that sounds awesome... 35 pounder. I have one that's about 15 pounds or so, and I use 2.5 pound weights on the ends... I have a big stack of 'em. I use the 8, 10 and 12 pounders with the firm's upper body now. I just worked my way up to those... I was using 3, 5 and 8 two months ago! Guest guest
Amy I purchase my 30 pound bodybar at a fitness store (they had 35 pounds but it was too expensive)....bodybars.com or Gin.com have the 30 pound bodybar....When you increase the bodybar, you will notice the difference...
