Guest guest Posted June 20, 2003 Report Share Posted June 20, 2003 Here's a silly question I've been working up the courage to ask... What are you supposed to wear when working out? Since I get up so early I usually go strait from bed to living room with only a brief stop in the restroom (use potty, brush teeth, pull my hair back etc). Most of the time I work out in what I sleep in. (long tee-shirt, pj's, occasional night gowns) I don't put shoes or socks on, but I do put on my sports bra. Occasionally an article of clothing will get in the way, but I'm usually to focused one trying to finish the workout that I don't pay much attention. The thing that's been bugging me is if I should wear shoes or not...I do have a pair of cross trainer's, but worry about them tearing up my carpet. They really grip the floor. Thoughts?
