All these reports that say Chocolate can help with your mental

outlook. Blah Blah Blah... I bet Not one of them who published this

study has any idea how much I crave it and how much I pay for it. Ha

So that is why I always feel so lousy after eating chocolate. And

here I thought it was cause of other things. I cant drink much coffee

it gives me a stomach ache. I used to drink coffee by the pots now

its like nope not gonna happen. Three cups of coffee and my stomache

is off for the rest of the day. I usually try to stick to milk, juice

and a few sodas. I have cut back on my soda intake. lol. that in and

itself is a miricle.

but hey I found out something new. Hope u feel better soon Penny.

I did not have chocolate for over 10 years simply because all

chocolate is contaminated by nuts, and peanuts. Recently, I found a

company in Vermont that says their chocolate is free of those

allergens. I've had no trouble eating their product.

I frequently consume coffee with no ill effects. I use filtered water

to make my coffee. Sometimes I will use low acid organic coffee. But

for all beverage making, and cooking I use filtered water.

I did get into some trouble over Cabot Habanero Hot cheese, which I

LUV. I ate waaaay too much of that stuff, and bammo, I got hit pretty

bad with IBS. If you can tolerate Ginger root, try some of that in

Lipton tea. Took a few treatments of Ginger root, before I got better.
