For example, our THR patients. Do we provide them with a reacher, long handled sponge, etc. and eat that cost, or do we expect them to purchase the items themselves? What are other hospitals doing in this situation? Are there differences in your approach based on DRG acute care and DRG-exempt rehab? Thank you for your responses!
