Guest guest
I thought I would share with you guys part of a letter I received from the Governor of New Hampshire. I had written to her and voiced some concerns I had about Mr. Alcieres statements. She wrote back and said, " Mr. Alciere will find little sympathy for his extremist views in the New Hampshire legislature or among the citizens of our state. I along with numerous elected officals, members of the law enforcement community, and his own constituents havd call for Representative Alcier's resignation. " She goes on to say that he only won by 55 votes in the first place and only received just over 800 votes. Hundreds of those votes have been attributed to straight ticket voting. On January 5 citizens from his ward attended a public meeting to denounce his extremist views and express their regret at having voted for him. She ended by saying that, " Every day men and women in our police and fire dept. put their lives at risk for the people of New Hampshire. In return, we as citizens owe them the utmost respect. We must send a clear message to all that in New Hpmpshire we honor our women and men in uniform and we will not condone those who do not. " Sorry this so lengthly but I thought some of you would be interested in this. Tammy
