Guest guest
Try Homeopathic Arnica Montana 30C for muscle soreness. For upper body back pain, try Homeopathic Cimicifuga Racemosa 30C. I have a link about that, which I will have to find. Could you find another doctor? Or could you go to a pain clinic? > Hey there, > > I saw my psychiatrist today and went in with my list of meds that you all > helped me make. Guest guest
-Ask your primary physician for a referral, after you have found a pain clinic that believes in Fibromyalgia. The same goes for a physical therapist. Ask them ahead of time if they believe in Fibro. Believe me, a lot of therapists don't believe, and a lot of docs thinks its AIYH. I have found it very helpful seeing a particular PT who does myofascial release therapy for fibro pain. , you have the right to interview a physician to make sure they believe in Fibro. -- In Fibromyalgia_Support_Group , " " <anamcara@m...> wrote: > Thanks for the supplement info. Guest guest
Did u have deep tissue massage??? dash Saw pdoc today and asked about pain meds - Jen Hey there, I saw my psychiatrist today and went in with my list of meds that you all helped me make. She was okay with the anti-inflammatory drugs and the muscle relaxers. I am already taking Clonipan and Wellbutrin, so that took care of them. But she nixed all pain meds! She said that they were depressants and addictive and once you went down that road there was no turing back, so she didn't want me to begin that path. So she wants me to find " alternatives " to deal with the pain = chiropractors, massage, relaxation techniques, etc. So what am I supposed to do now? This just gives my rheumy the excuse he was looking for! And I am in so much pain right now I can barely walk. My dear husband has already massaged as long as his hands could hold out. I can't take my supplements until after my surgery for my deviated septum next month. I can't afford massage therapy all the time. I went to the chiropracter for 3 month 3 times a week and felt no better. I am so discouraged. :-((((

Guest guest
, it's so much work. Plus you have to advocate for yourself. You have to say 'no' to docs that can't give you what you need. There are plenty of doctors, everywhere. Finding the right one, is the key. I have to do so much research on my health problems. Then share that info with my NPN. She says she doesn't have enough time to do the reading. Dillion > Thanks for the info. It seems awfully difficult to get the care you need. > >
