Guest guest
Hi guys: I have varicous veins on my esophagus which many of us have from our livers having high blood pressure. Have tried 2 different medications and cannot take either one, bad reactions like passing out and ulcers, etc. so they now want to go in and clamp them so that the risk of bleeding is lessened, has anyone had this done? Are you sore after? Does it affect anything else? Do you even know the clamps are there? I really don't like the sounds of this, they showed me awful pictures of bulging veins when I resisted the procedure. Do the veins ever actually open up and start bleeding? any info helpful to make this decision. Thanks Joan
