The boiling point for Gkycerin is about 554F ( 290C) >I'm afraid of it because it's used in bombs or something. You're probably thinking of niroglycerin. This should be of no concern to homecrafters creating personal care products. As I recall, you have to react Nitric Acid and Glycerin to make nitroglycerin. Don't say my name.
