Well I did it.

Its funny.. a few weeks ago when I was doing tae bo about 4-5 days a

week it was getting pretty simple.. and since I took a few days off

recently (about 3) today's workout was really tough and I feel alot

more today than I did those days. I cant wait till I can start the

advanced because my body is going to get used to doing the basic

everyday and once I can do advanced, I'll be able to switch em up

here and there.

Im starting to wonder if I should also try the water challenge thing

cuz Im not too keen about water. It tastes blagh to me, and most of

the time Id much rather drink pop or something.. hmm but I dont drink

very much in a day as it is and Im only up about maybe 10 hrs a day..

so thats like a glass an hour *shudders*

I'll have to think on that one.

Also I was wondering what is considered " one " out of the 100. Is it a

half hour workout? an hour? could it be like an 8 minute thing?
