Okay well the week didnt go as well as I wanted it to but to my

surprise I stepped on the scale this morning to find out I was down 3

lbs to 117 now! W00T!

Im still working on Tae Bo Basic.. (I think thats the live one with

the crappy music =P) I did it 5 times throughout this week. I was

hoping for 6 but one night I got home pretty late. Though there was

another day where I ended up walking the mall with a friend for 4

hours then came home and did pilates with mom and then tae bo right

after. Almost died that day ;)

Other than that Ive been trying to get in my 8 cups of water every

chance I can. Did it 3 days out of this week.

I guess I was starting to fall off the band wagon just because I

didnt do anything saturday or yesterday but now the weight I shed has

encouraged me to keep going for those last 12 lbs.

Congrats to everyone else this week that have succeeded in their

goals.

(and Im not sure who had the long hair again... but thats not a

hairpiece Im wearing ;) So I feel your pain, hehe.)
