Dear ,

In the following link, there is a glossary compiled by Navarro, very

useful for those of you who translate medical texts from Spanish into English:

http://tremedica.org/glosarios/siglas/

Most of the acronyms you need are there.

I hope it helps.

Carmen.

> Translating a Medical Report from Spanish to English.

> 1) Among the Personal Details it says:  " Diagnosis D38.0 " . This agrees

> with the vocal chord neoplasia. Next line is: " DYD: TCI LARINGE " .These are

> two of the acronyms where I would appreciate your help.

> 2) In the Clinical History it says: " ...disfonia progresiva. No disfagia.

> FB: conservadas. "

> 3) In the Notes on Evolution it states: " Se programa para descorticación

> de cuerda vocal en CDD. " And again: " Va a anestesiología y se entrega

> orden de CDD. "

> I checked the usual acronym collections plus googled to no avail.
