Guest guest Posted December 3, 2003 Report Share Posted December 3, 2003 I don't know Sicilian food specifically, but don't they use a lot of healthy fats and oils in their cooking - like olive oil? My experience is that most women have an unhealthy fear of fats. Healthy fats like flaxseed oil and olive oil can your raise your metabolism tremendously and help with losing fat and building muscle.
