Guest guest
Sorry to bother everyone but I have a technical question...My current non-imp group uses a very old excel spreadsheet to schedule when our docs are in clinic and when they are not--either off for the day, on cme or vacation. The insanity of the situation is that we have separate schedules for our medical assistants, our phone team and our nurses, so if there is a change on one schedule....well you get the idea. Its a mess. I briefly tried using the software from the site " amion.com " and while I had experience with it as a resident, the interface for programming the schedule into it is too clunky--its not too bad for me, but its a bigger problem for the administrative staff that I want to train to take this over- I don't want to have to program in the schedule every month forever! Does anyone HAVE any experience with other programs? I imagine the advantage of imp style practices is that you don't have to worry if your partner decides to suddenly take a 3 week vacation....
