Guest guest
Hi, My husband's company is sending everyone on a trip to Snowmass, Colorado in the near future. Obviously (to you all, but not necessarily for the " not 1 in 150 " ), for our family, this presents a quandary. I'm trying to find any food stores (organic food co-ops, etc) where I might be able to find food for our daughter, whose diet is GFCFSFnut free, etc. I'm pretty good at traveling when I know I can find an organic food co-op or at least a Whole Foods (or something like it) near by to supplement what I would cook and freeze beforehand. For the most part, dd eats meat, veggies and some fruit. I try to lean toward LOD, but can compensate with cal/mg citrate in a pinch and hope for the best. Does anyone out there (in the wild west) know of any stores you can recommend, or any lists that might help me find such stores? I am a little fearful that my request for a fridge and microwave in the hotel room may be denied, in which cas we may have to pass on this opportunity/mother's headache. I thank you in advance! Carla, mom to Aidan, age 8 and continually progressing in our own herky-jerky way
