Guest guest
How old are you? A single golf ball sized fibroid is really a pretty minor situation and you shouldn't need any treatment unless your periods are ruining your life. It seems a bit drastic to me to do anything at this point. I'd do some reading up on this pill thing as I belive estrogen can certainly make your fibroid grow. Vitex was a good herb for my periods. I too had some trouble with progesterone cream. I cut the dosage down quite a bit and got the benifits without the mood thing. You can also try to make sure you get lots of vigorous daily exercise, eat a mostly a vegetarian diet and reduce your body fat. This can halp your periods and lower the estrogen in your system. Lignens found in beans and bran, eaten regularly can lower blood estrogen up to 25%. With one small fibroid, these things may stop it from growing or if you're lucky, shrink it.
