Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Good morning everybody. Well, I completed my first WW week and weighed in this morning. I was somewhat discouraged as well as surprised that I had actually gained a pound! I have followed the program to the letter as far as points are concerned. I have not been drinking as much water as I should be. Could the 'water shortage' be to blame? I also rode my stationary bike during the week as well. I have watched what I eat more than ever before. I feel thinner but now I don't know if that's only in my mind because I am on the WW program or what! Has this ever happened to anyone of you out there? Help. I need a little encouragement.
