One of my co workers breeds and shows miniature dachsund and she has one

young female with gorgeous markings but has one leg that kinda bows out. She

has done some research and has found that many times it is not a bony

deformity but that the bones have outgrown the ligaments/tendons which causes

some visual deformity which eliminates this dog from being a good show dog.

She would like to try some physical therapy on the dog first and see if she

can change or correct this. Since I have no experience in this area, I am

asking for help. If anyone can direct me to resources or can give me some

advice on this, I would appreciate this. Certainly we will work with the

veterinarian in this regard.
