Guest guest
Well, today is my non-weights day, so I decided to just do a bunch of Cardio/Tae Bo. I haven't done AL4 in ages... and I remember it being fun because of all the balance moves. I SOOO love this tape. I put in AL1 a few weeks back when I was making my first attempt at doing the advanced tapes again, thinking that one was the easy one (NOT!). I have the original AL1 (the first run, not the current tape you can buy) and dang did I sweat buckets. AL4 was so much more at my pace...and does give you some walk it out time in between moves, so it worked well for me. I really like the balance moves alot at the end. Although, having 3 kittens trying to beat up your standing leg while you are trying to balance doesn't make it very easy! AL4 was a breeze. I think I'll do it again this week for a change. I had a really good day yesterday... did the hour tape, and after recording my eats for the day, realized that I was only at about 1250 calories (not really my plan, but I guess it won't hurt for one day). If I can keep my eating around 1400 this week, maybe I'll finally drop below the 170 mark. I'm sooo close, I may be there already, but I've refused to weigh the last week because of scale- fear. haha. So if anyone out there is looking for a great " beginners " advanced series tape, this one is it. I know it says as much on my website too, but it can't hurt to say it again!
