Another Label Claim Question

The answer to this question is more than likely somewhere in the archived

posts. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get the right search term to bring them

up. Not so surprising when I glance down and see that I have my shirt on

backwards and inside out. So the burning question: would remarks such as

" formulated with mature skin in mind " or " recommended for oily (normal, dry, et

al)

skin " meet the standards for a label claim; is it the same as saying for acne,

moisturizing, and so on?
