Kelley's 1st Day.... sort of

I went to the grocery store last night and got everything on the BFL First

Week Menu grocery list. But wasn't quite ready to get to the gym this morning

as I had hoped.

Just an aside... I am in peri-menapause and have occasional bouts of severe

insomnia. I am continuing to experiment with sleep remedies and have been

unable to resolve the problem in any consistant way. The cycle usually runs

3-6 days every 2-3 months and then I return to sleeping relatively well. As of

Saturday, I ended an 8 day bout. =-O

So..... this morning I was more interested in sleeping than getting up at

5:30a.m. to get to the gym. :P But I DID have a good menu and have managed

quite well.

I am going to frame today more as a day of getting mentally ready and reving

my engines. Tomorrow will be my first official workout. And I truly look

forward!!
