Guest guest
I have a question for you guys....I don't have all the information so it may be hard to get a correct answer, but here goes....my cousin called me tonight...her 13 year old son was diagnosed with spondethesis or spondesis. Don't know if I spelled this right.....it is a long word and there are two types of things that can end up with sis or thesis, which can mean different things...they don't know yet what he has....I know this is confusing....they said that he may need a spinal fusion. They also said they don't know if it is congenital. He is going for more tests. Can anyone identify with this and if so can you give me more information. Also, do you know if he needs a neurologist or an orthopedic dr. Thanks. Kelli
