Guest guest
Best of luck Jenn in getting back on the progrm. The key is to not give up or get down on yourself. You'll be doing great again next week, I'm sure Darcy bad week I can't say that I've fallen off the Summer Challenge wagon, but I've been teetering. I've barely been able to get in 5 a day on my F & V Challenge (shooting for 9). and...(gulp) I'm six workouts behind schedule for the 100 Challenge....(sigh) I'm just feeling so tired...I think I need to rethink my diet. Maybe more protein? We have house guests this weekend so I know I wont Tae Bo till Monday. I'm hoping to go to a local track and maybe walk a few miles to make up for the lost workouts this week. I did try the Firm Cardio Mix DVD I bought last week. Ugh - immediately switched back to Tae Bo - totally intimidated. I am thinking of checking out the section that shows how to use the weights and maybe doing some weight training in the evenings (after the baby's asleep) to supplement my morning Tae Bo workouts. Hopefully that will catch me up too... Anyway - Here's to a better week next week - and hopefully I can " brag " next Friday. Jenn
