Guest guest
Interestingly enough, I have only seen this with pomegranite that was not 100% pomegranite juice. My main problem with pomegranite was weight gain. To get in the recommend does of pure juice (8 oz or 1 medium pomegranite) it was equivalent to about 320 calories. Now, you must know this. I totally support everyone using pomegranite daily. But I have a type one diabetic 8 year old, and I have been overweight a good portion of my life. So POM wonderful and PURE pome is not an option for me or my family. I did find a solution and have had FANTASTIC results. I was fortunate enough to meet Dr Arnold Susser in Chicago about two years ago. He has spent a good part of his life studying the ingredients from the Bible and natural healing. And the biggest part of his study has been on the benefits of pomegranite. I work with a supplemental company who loved his research so much that they worked with him to formulate a new product that could infuse the juice of pomegranite extract and several other botanicals so that the 8 oz needed prior could be delivered in 1 oz with only 15 calories. It has not caused my daughter to have blood sugar problems, and her HgbA1C this last time was 6.1 mg/dl. As far as i know, it is the only accessible product with standardized Resveratrol content as well on the market. I have my whole family on it, and it has been a blessing. My mom is off of her blood pressure meds, my cholesterol is now in normal ranges (it was 367), and there have been numerous other people who have benefited from this. I know this may sound kind of commercial like, and I used to feel strange sharing this info with people, but if I don't share, it kind of feels like withholding information that could help someone. You can go the my website and look at the product. It is called Genesis. I would be happy to talk with you directly, and if you would like to see a copy of Dr. Susser's book, I do a few extra and wouldn't mind parting with one if you would actually read it. I just need your address so I can send it. I would love to hear your comments and field any questions that you have. I have felt very passionate about the product for the two years I have worked with it for more that blood pressure reasons. The apoptosis (cancer fighting ) properties helped my Dad's friend who was given six weeks to live survive for an additional two years. Without chemo, radiation, etc. Actually, he fell in an accident and died from a brain injury. Guest guest
Thank you for your inquiry! Here is the website: http://www.symmetrydirect.com/dprivett For ease of operation, to view a excellent video on the Genesis product, click on the training center tab on the bottom of the home page. That will bring up two product trainings, and one is for the Genesis. You can also click on the products tab and go down to the Genesis name in the first column. That will bring up the Genesis product and several videos as well as scientific studies on Genesis. If you would like to try the product, please know that one of the things I liked so much about this company is that you can try them for a full three months, and if it does not work for you, you can send the empty containers back for a full refund. I was so sick of having a cabinet of things that did not work that I was " stuck " with. I have never had this problem with Symmetry, but I also have only had to send one thing back in three years. Also, please be aware that you can buy as a preferred customer (much cheaper) or as a retail customer. I can help steer you to the best price because I love saving money! Enjoy your journey! Dawn Privett I would love to hear your comments, and let me know if you are interested in anything I can help with! I look forward to helping you in your journey with your clients in this extremely new field of wellness, Dawn Privett, RDLD Anne Linge wrote: Recently I had a patient tell me that pomegranite juice caused her elevated blood sugar levels. She was taking a couple ounces daily to help control her blood pressure. She said 3 of her family members had also used pomegranite juice and were also recently diagnosed with elevated fasting blood sugar levels. Has anyone heard of pomegranite juice used as a supplement causing prediabetes? (I realize it is a juice and has carbohydrate content.) I don't see anything on the Natural Medicines Database to suggest the reaction. Thanks! Anne Linge, RD, CD, CDE University of Washington Medical Center alinge@...
