Guest guest Posted December 15, 2003 Report Share Posted December 15, 2003 ok, so last week was my get into the groove get aquainted with the program, get my bearings. this week, i decided if i was gonna do this i am gonna do it in a really big way. today was lbwo, so i dropped my already non existent weights down to nothing in some cases and really concentrated on doing the exercises in proper form, and contracting those muscles, concentrating on each movement.....and well, that was suicide, just so you know, i am really wimpy and i am gonna die. nice knowing you all.......my legs feel like rubber, i added my first session of ab boot camp and i can barely move now only half an hour later...so by tomorrow, i should be permanently crippled. it's pittiful that i am so weak, ugh! i went to no weights in some cases and nothing over 10lbs....someone tell me you too started so low and were able to work your way up? i am so weak and wimpy.... gotta go tracyg Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
