No one is ever blocked from our shopping cart We are in the process (looong process) of redesign and perhaps my webmaster was doing some work last evening?? Unfortunately, webdesign is not my area of expertise so I can only guess that could have been the problem. Anyhow, the cart appears to be working fine now. The Herbarie site will soon have a new look plus we are adding lots of new products and reducing pricing on several longstanding products as well. I think overall navigation will be much nicer once we are finished and as promised, we'll have new products and price reductions on several items. Try again this am and let me know if there is any problem. Angie PS For folks that do not wish to order online, the fax is always an option. . Guest guest
Hi All, One more thing....as mentioned, we are in the process of updating, redesigning our website. I want to apologize in advance for any problems that are encountered during this time. Since we have so many customers on this list, I feel that it is important to mention a change in our Sales/Shipping Policies. Due to so many unfortunate and costly problems with customs, we have decided to only sell and ship within the US. We will edit our policy page to reflect these changes. Pat, I do feel that posting this message to the general list is a little inappropriate, but felt it was necessary to avoid potential miscommunication--I hope you will understand Angie The Herbarie Natural Source Ingredients for Toiletries & Cosmetics http://www.theherbarie.com

I can't access the shopping cart, am I blocked?? lol? > Di, this type of post is not what we want to see on CosmeticInfo. This puts the vendor in a real bad position. If they don't answer in public this could be viewed by members that they neglect their business. However, if they do answer in public they know they are breaking list rules and have me to deal with. The conversation has carried on and moved into pricing. Everybody knows (or should know) that you can get cheaper pricing on a fast buy than from a legitimate business. The legitimate business though has to stock those items on an on-going basis and have their money at risk-not to count all the other expenses of running a business- whereas the fast buy person doesn't have any of those problems to deal with. In Angies case she gives more accurate information and help to her customers than anyone I know of. Her customers definitely get their bang for their buck. Anyway, the proper way to have handled this would be to pick up the phone and talk to her. It's not like long distance costs an arm and a leg these days. Bottom line is that I don't want to see posts like this on CosmeticInfo or The Think Tank from anybody. I am not looking for excuses or anything else from anybody so let us drop this subject with my post. Pat. Peace, Joy, Serenity House of Scents tm.
