Did bi's and tris this afternoon. It was a good workout. This evening

I will be going for a run.

Question....I need to get back to running so I can effectively referee

high school soccer. So my question is...should I drop my HIIT session

or do them the opposite of my run.

....just so you know...I did spell out my situation, BUT hey

it's no biggie.
