Bonjour,

J'ai deux doutes dans un Common Technical Document (dossier de demande d'AMM

d'un médicament) : l'un, de terminologie, et l'autre, d'interprétation.

1) Comment traduit-on « sink conditions », dans ce contexte ?

In vitro dissolution

[...]

Comparative dissolution profiles were studied between the product sample and the

reference sample. Additional studies of **sink conditions**, discriminatory

power, comparative dissolution profiles at different pH, etc were performed.

Sink conditions

[active substance]

Solubility in water = 10.9 mg L-1 => 9.81 mg in 900 mL can be dissolved.

9.81 mg/3 mg in a tablet = 3.27 => **sink conditions**.

Solubility of [drug name] decreases as pH decreases; therefore **sink

conditions** at acidic pHs are always achieved.

2) Dans le procédé de fabrication du produit fini, je trouve :

Step 5:

Addition of Magnesium Stearate to the blend and lubrication of resulting mix in

**diffusion mixer (tumble) bin blender**. Subsequent tabletting in power

assisted tablet press.

Que comprenez-vous ici ?

Cordialement,
