I have had a migrane foer 2 days, BUT I didn't want to be considered a wimp. On top of my LBWO I did 30 minutes of cardio since I am non-committed. I hope a few of you get to experience a cluster migrane during your workout...it's soooo energizing!! For you who do not know what a cluster migrane is I will give you a simple overview: sisus headache on top of a tension headach on top of a migrane. Thanks for your PAINFUL motivation!!
