Nutrition and weight loss center

Hi fellow RDs

I have been approached to open a Nutrition and Wt loss Center at a

Doctors office here in Northern California, However, my big thing is

that 3 years ago when I started working with them I was not getting

enough patients to pay the bills

For those with experience regarding insurance reimbursement- how would

you suggest I get paid-- per patient or hourly?
