While reading the posts, I noticed 2-3 references to taking Synthroid/hypothyroidism. I, too, am on Synthroid - was diagnosed hypothyroid approx a yr ago. My daughter, who I think also has FM, has been on Synthroid since she was 9. My question is - Is there a link b/w FM and Hypothyroidism? I've read some info re FM, but don't remember seeing that one. Unfortunately, not any here in Indy as of yet. there are two sites that list thyoid problems as part of fibromyalgia or Fibromyalgia as part of thyroid. One of these centers is opening sites across the us. Maybe can give you the information. She knows the sites. I think there is also a who is being treated at one of these sites as well. I think she is part of the thyroid group on yahoo.
