Looking to switch to this for while I am out of the office because of the features that are available over my current system and the fact I was notified that effective 7/1/2011 whether I am using their ER or not, my current PM system is going to begin charging me as if I was using it adding $450/month to my bill. In addition when I inquired about cancelling their service and getting my data from it I was informed that there would be a 5000$ cancellation charge and an upfront charge of $2500 for data extraction. My contract claimed there were no fees to cancel but in the 7 years since they have changed the contract, no notice to me of course and my lawyer claims I can fight it, but that it could take years to prevail and in the meantime my data is held hostage.
