Did I read somewhere on here that the further into a squat you go the more you work your quads or was that hams? 2. Last three workouts I have gotten really nauseas and shaky about 2/3 of the way through. I do work hard and first thing in morning. It is not horrible and goes away once I cool down and get halfway into post-workout meal. This doesn't indicate anthing other than maybe working hard does it? BTW, it only happens on weight lifting workouts. During cardio I will get shaky but I know it is only fatigue.....yeah baby!!!! LOL! Machelle P.S. The scale has not moved in a couple weeks and my waist measurment losses have been kind of minimal. I was freakin a wee bit looking hard at things to see if I needed to improve anywhere. Decided more of the same was the answer. Last couple days I could swear I looked smaller around the middle but still no change in scale weight. So this morning I measure.....I have lost another inch onmy waist already this week from Saturday, whoo hoo! One of these days I will just throw my scale away, haha!
